Best Western Premier Natalija Residence

Staff was very polite and accommodating, one of the best hotel staff experiences I ever had. They spoke English well and they were very nice to us, helping us with anything we needed and any questions we had. Breakfast was incredible! Our room was small, clean and comfortable. Hotel is located near a park (or a walking trail, I am not 100% sure as I saw it from across the street) and some lovely restaurants you can walk to. They also have a restaurant in the hotel, but we wanted to walk a bit and explore the area. You can also enjoy the hotel outdoor restaurant/bar area with a cup of Turkish coffee. Overall a great experience, we will definitely go to this hotel again and I would recommend it to anyone.

It was our first visit to Serbia and there can be nothing more pleasing than a warm welcome by the hosts. At our arrival, we were greeted and welcomed by the always cheerful Ms. Danica and the ever sanguine Mr. Boris. They both ensured we had a memorable experience and access to required facilities. For the duration of our stay, we were provided supreme hospitality by the staff like Mr. Ogan, Ms. Ivanka, Ms. Vesna etc. We offer our wholehearted gratitude and appreciation to you all and all your colleagues (Kitchen, Housekeeping etc) that contributed to our momentous short n sweet stay. You are all excellent ambassadors of your country & the hospitality industry. Keep it up. The hotel located is located in an exceptional location. An excellent area to refresh from the fast paced and brutal city life. Quality of greenery, neighborhood, clean fresh air to name a few pros is just magnificent. Živeli!!!

One of the best superb hotels I’ve erer stayed. Fantastic experince.. Brilliant team, profesional, pleasant, friendly and helpful. Rooms are 5 star equiped, very spacious and large, comfortable, clean and very quite.

Really friendly staff, great prices, lovely courtyard, very, very clean. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the gym, but the breakfast was varied and the quality of the room service meal exceeded my expectations. The Kosutnjak woods were a 30 second walk away, providing a lovely break from a day of remote working in the hotel room. My grandparents live close by and were able to visit for a coffee, so I will definitely be staying here again

Big comfortable room. Spotlessly clean. Really good breakfast with large selection. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful with taxis, local knowledge. Would definitely stay again.
